Through the website, VerenaHotels.com provides an online platform through which all types of accommodation, whether it is a hotel room, an apartment or a studio can be booked among more than 365,000 properties available worldwide. By making a reservation through VerenaHotels.com, you enter into a legally binding contractual association with the accommodation provider at which you book. When you make your reservation, our role is an intermediary between you and the property, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation provider and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the accommodation provider.

The information disclosed is based on the same information provided to us by the accommodation providers, who are responsible in return for updating all rates, availability and other information displayed on our website. Each accommodation provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, broadness and precision of the evocative information displayed.

Since our services are made available only for personal and non-commercial use as stipulated above, you are not allowed to re-sell, use, display or duplicate any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any business-related activity.

Hotel ratings displayed on this Website only serve as general guidelines, and VerenaHotels.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. The ratings are given by the properties and displayed as such on the website. For more information, please see the hotels' descriptions as well as the reviews made available online. It should be noted that the characteristics and methods of rating may differ from a country to another. Therefore, it is possible that hotels of the same star-rating may provide services of different qualities in different countries. Furthermore, it is not certain that various kinds of facilities are provided in all hotels of the same star-rating. Turn-Away (Relocation) If the original hotel booked has an overbooking situation, or closed for whatever reason, or it has got maintenance problems and cannot provide the accommodation request booked, the hotelier or supplier is responsible for finding you alternative accommodation of a similar standard and within the same dates booked. VerenaHotels.com accepts no liability for any losses or costs incurred as a result of such hotel change since this is completely beyond our control.

2- Use of the website

VerenaHotels.com grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the website, at the condition of not violating the terms of use. The contents, information, software and infrastructure are in possession of VerenaHotels.com and the properties displayed on this website. The site must only be used for legitimate, objective and candid checks or bookings. Fake, fraudulent or dishonorable reservations are forbidden.

VerenaHotels.com assures you that your payment data, electronic mailing details and postal addresses will be treated fairly and correctly. Hence, providing correct information is vital to enable us to contact you if necessary.

The use of the website content for direct or indirect advertisement or any way illegal purposes is strictly forbidden without the written consent of VerenaHotels. A. Prices, and Best Price Guarantee

The prices on our site are highly competitive. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at an accommodation premises, however, these rates made by accommodations may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

Please note that room rates are always valid for the date and in the room/night format that you have chosen. VerenaHotels.com includes taxes and service fees in its displayed prices. Before you send your reservation request, a pre-confirmation screen comes up, in which you can check the price calculation in detail, before the final confirmation screen shows up. Please, make sure that every part of the reservation request is filled out correctly on the reservation sheet.

We indicate every item on the confirmation/voucher that is included in the price of the room. However, there might be items that are not included in the price of the room, such as breakfast. Service fees and local taxes – which are to be paid by all guests – are usually not included in prices as well. That is why we kindly ask you to always read the description and conditions of the hotel. The price of the room also does not include any kind of insurance. At standard room reservations, you can choose from rooms with one or two beds, extra beds usually come with extra fees.

B. Extra Charges

A valid credit/ debit card might be required by the hotel to secure any incidental charges and payment in full upon check-out (i.e. parking, phone calls, room service, pet fee, WIFI). The credit card authorization for incidentals will vary at each hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm their credit card policies on incidental charges. Furthermore, hotels may charge "resort" rates (namely service fees), which are usually not included in room prices. The hotels collect these fees regardless of how or where the room is purchased. These fees are not charged or collected by VerenaHotels.com. Extra fees may be charged in the same manner for luggage, luggage carrying assist, newspapers and safes in the hotel and cleaning service.

The rate of these additional expenses is out of VerenaHotels.com range, and depends on the given country and the respective hotel. Please also note that room prices do not include complementary services, like parking fees, minibar, telephone, room service, dining, gala dinners, taxi fees, internet, etc. Furthermore, though during the main season, some hotels must offer you the gala dinner compulsory (for example, Christmas and New Year's Eve), these occasions are not included in the room price, but they will be indicated on the reservation sheet. Please, always read the hotel description, the reservation and cancellation conditions with attention, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer care team!

Some hotels offer transfer aside their most expensive rooms, especially at destinations like the Maldives, where reaching the hotel is difficult without transfer. Please note that VerenaHotels.com does not organize this transfer, it should be requested from the hotel or a transfer service company in every case, and not from VerenaHotels.com that will not be held responsible for the quality, safety and level of the transfer services.

C. Currency Converter

We have set up a currency convertor that is available on the Website for your convenience, so you can easily calculate the price of the room in the currency you choose. Your credit card will be charged the amount and in the currency indicated on the final reservation page. Beside this, your bank might charge transaction fees that VerenaHotels.com does not hold authority over. Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate daily.

D. Taxes and other fees

During the transaction, we charge your credit card the rate including taxes, costs and fees that the reservation requires. Accidental remainder fees will be refunded. Please make sure whether the hotel chosen requires any taxes’ payment on the spot. You can get this information from the voucher, the confirmation email, the website of the hotel and/or our customer care team.

E. Note for hoteliers

For hotels making test reservations, and for whatever reasons cancel them, VerenaHotels.com will charge 15% handling fees. The transaction less the 15% handling fee will get wire transferred back to the hotel's bank account, and the hotel will bare all costs of the international wire transfer.

5. Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed by Paypal (www.paypal.com), credit charges will appear on credit statements from VerenaHotels.com. If you have any questions regarding credit card payments, please call Paypal at +318000232176

If you pay for you reservation beforehand on VerenaHotels.com, your credit card will be charged by us for the total amount (without the option of refund in some cases). Please, check the details of the reservation thoroughly before you pay to avoid cancellation charges.

Refunds are handled by VerenaHotels.com, if applicable in a determined time period.

In case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use, ask your bank for assistance. If such issue emerges during the use of VerenaHotels.com, please contact our customer care team immediately!

Bookings should be made by individuals of 13 years of age or above, who must be fully independent, and must be able to make bank transactions/authorizations. By using your credit card, you declare that the card is in your possession and that you can cover the expenses of the transaction with sufficient funds. You accept that your name/account can be held financially responsible.

You acknowledge that the data given at the time of reservation is accurate. VerenaHotels.com reserves the right to decline certain credit cards. Furthermore, VerenaHotels.com can add and obliterate different payment methods according to its own discretion.

The booking engine is equipped with a fraud and abuse alarm program. We can ask for the information you already stated in a number of different cases, to confirm the reservation. You can find more information about this on the website. Reservations are not confirmed until you did not receive your confirmation with the voucher. It is possible, that the hotel may be completely full with fake reservations and your reservation will be cancelled as well. VerenaHotels.com may not be held responsible in such cases. The given information is dealt with in accordance to strict rules to guarantee full information privacy. For that reason we use encryption, and the verification of personal data is made by personnel specialized in such field.

In case you decide you will not submit supplementary information, the reservation will not be finalized and it will be automatically cancelled.

6. Additional terms and conditions applying to your reservation and travel purchases

By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the reservation conditions of the hotel you book at, including cancellation, no show and other conditions in effect for the time of your stay. Main cancellation and no show conditions are usually published by hotels on their websites, under "hotel information", "reservation conditions" and "cancellation conditions". It is greatly advised to read cancellation and no show conditions before making the reservation!

If you miss checking in at the hotel and you do not inform the hotel about it beforehand, your reservation might be cancelled and you can lose your right for a refund, based on the hotel's terms of use. Apart from the accommodation's cancellation conditions, VerenaHotels always reserves the right to charge cancellation fees. In case we do charge a fee, it will be indicated on the website.

If you would like to renew, modify or cancel your reservation, please find the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions, or contact our customer care team.

Special requests:

If you have any special request (wheelchair, large bed, upper floor, etc.), please contact our customer service or the hotel itself, and make an accurate request for your needs. Please make sure whether your requests are attainable at the given hotel. VerenaHotels.com cannot guarantee such requests to be fulfilled.

7. Intellectual property rights

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by VerenaHotels.com, its suppliers or providers.

VerenaHotels.com exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of), the look and feel, including infrastructure of the website on which the service is made available (including the guest reviews and translated content). You are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission. Filling it is not compulsory. If you send us a review, you give us the irrevocable right to use all user content.

VerenaHotels.com reserves the right to treat/edit the content in a suitable way, without restraint. VerenaHotels.com is not obliged to offer you any kind of payment, or the option to modify previously submitted content.

If it is established that you keep moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the content, you declare that:

We accept no liability if you are refused entry into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through.

If you use the website in place of someone else – like a family member or a business partner – you take responsibility for the mistakes in information that you might make while using it. Furthermore, you must inform the third party about the applied rules, conditions and terms of agreement.
